The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze queries and provide comprehensive answers with citations.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Maintain and promptly update your account information
Maintain the security of your password and account
Accept all responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3.2 Account Termination

4. Subscription Tiers and Payments

4.1 Free Tier

Free accounts include limited daily searches and basic features as described on our pricing page.

4.2 Paid Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions (Pro and Business tiers) provide additional features and higher usage limits. Billing is handled through Stripe and follows their payment terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

4.3 Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team at support@agentsearch.com for refund requests within 14 days of purchase.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
Engage in automated scraping or data harvesting without permission
Abuse rate limits or attempt to circumvent usage restrictions
Harass, threaten, or harm other users
Use the Service for illegal activities or fraudulent purposes

6. Intellectual Property

Search results may include content from third-party sources. We do not claim ownership of this content and provide it under fair use for informational purposes with proper attribution.

7. API Usage

If you use our API, additional terms apply:

API keys must be kept secure and not shared
You must respect rate limits as specified in your plan
API access may be revoked for abuse or violation of terms
You are responsible for all activity using your API keys

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

The Service integrates with third-party APIs and services. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of these third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentSearch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

Your use or inability to use the Service
Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information
Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
Any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted through the Service
Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AgentSearch and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
